Humba


Ingredients:

1/2 kilo pork, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 bay leaf
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tbsp. tausi (optional)

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients in a deep skillet.
2. Simmer over medium heat until pork is tender.
